Credit Card Payment - For the protection of our customers, MyPigsty furniture may require that orders must be shipped to the name and billing address of the cardholder.

Cancellation - you may cancel your order for a full refund or for store credit, 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery.

Refunds – refunds will be issued in the same manner as they were received, payments by cash or check will be issued as a refund check from MyPigsty furniture. No Refund will be given on orders in possession of the customer.

Returns – Return Policy - If at delivery you are not completely satisfied with an item, the technician will attempt to touch-up any minor flaws using professional products. If this attempt does not meet your standards, the item will be returned to our warehouse and re- ordered. If you decide you do not like the color, style, etc. of the item, we offer a one-time 14 day 'reselection' service, however, a 15% restocking fee applies. My Pigsty warrants our furniture to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of delivery. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser with a receipt. Visible scratches, dents, nicks, tears, etc. are not covered under this warranty unless reported at the time of delivery. Variations with natural and man-made products are inherent - it adds uniqueness and does not constitute damage. Merchandise Sold as “Scratch and Dent”, "As is" or "Clearance" - are final and will not be eligible for warranty, exchange, refund or service. Items sold as “discontinued” cannot be re-ordered.

Warranty service will be provided without charge for merchandise brought to our warehouse. At your option we can provide in-home service at a normal trip charge. The trip charge will be waived for merchandise delivered by MyPigsty furniture and the warranty defect occurs and is reported within the 90 days of delivery or receipt.

MyPigsty furniture is not responsible for visible surface damage to items that have been picked up from our warehouse unless it is noted at the time of pick up.

All warranties, expressed or implied are void if the merchandise has been moved from the original delivery address or if MyPigsty furniture determines the damage was caused by abuse, negligence, accident, or if used for purposes other than those intended, such as other than household use.

The warranty stated above is limited to repair or replacement of the defective item at the option of MyPigsty furniture. Any other damage or consequential losses to property other than the defective product is excluded.

Customer Will Call (Pick Up) - Merchandise may be picked up at our warehouse during select hours on scheduled days. Please check with one of our customer service professionals regarding will call hour availability. MyPigsty furniture will assist you in loading and provide tie-down twine to secure your merchandise to your vehicle. You are solely responsible for securing your merchandise to your vehicle. MyPigsty furniture is not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle.

Delivery

We offer delivery service to you or another person over age 18. Is is important that we contact you prior to your scheduled delivery. We will contact you 3 days prior to your delivery. At that time we will provide you with a 4-hour delivery time frame. If we have not received your confirmed response 2 days prior to your delivery we will have to reschedule your delivery.

- At the time of delivery, you must present a valid picture ID along with the credit card used for your purchase.

- Clear the room and decide where your new furniture will be placed. Due to insurance restrictions our technicians are not able to remove existing furniture, electronics, etc. and we are only able to deliver items to the ground level of your home.

Pick Up Information
Pick up check list
- Call our warehouse and confirm that your furniture has arrived.
- Pack rope and blankets to properly secure your new furniture. Bring a tarp in wet weather.
- Bring someone to help you load your items.
- Make sure your vehicle is large enough to safely transport your new furniture.
- Invoice and ID. The person named on the invoice must be present with a valid picture ID. If someone other than that person will be picking up your furniture contact your salesperson prior to pick-up.

Please inspect all of your new furniture at the time of pick-up. If there are any items that do not meet your approval inform the manager on duty. Once your furniture has been picked up it cannot be returned.

Pricing - While MyPigsty furniture attempts to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, MyPgisty will have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, MyPigsty furniture may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping or sales tax. Sales tax and delivery charges will be charged on your order as applicable. Mistakes in Calculating Purchase Price: At anytime after your purchase, we can correct mistakes in pricing or arithmetic made in computing your purchase price.

Assembly – Items will be either pre-assembled by our technicians, or it will be assembled at your residence. This service is free of charge to you, our valued customer.
